To further strengthen human rights protection, the Company has established a “Complaint Filing Responsible Unit” and provides an independent complaint filing mailbox (wecare@starlux-airlines.com) and a dedicated personnel phone line at +886-3-260-1800 Ext. #7101 or #7103. A safety reporting mechanism is also incorporated into the Company’s safety management system to ensure that issues related to occupational safety, employee relations, information security, and personal data protection can be promptly reported and addressed through confidential and secure channels. In 2025, STARLUX did not receive any human rights-related grievances and did not encounter any incidents of discrimination based on ethnicity, gender, religion, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or workplace bullying.

On May 7, 2025, the “Checklist of Preventive Measures for Outdoor Operations in High Temperature” was distributed to units with potential heat hazard risks due to outdoor work, and the inspection results indicated full compliance. On June 13, 2025, the Company conducted heat hazard prevention training for 1,534 employees potentially exposed to heat risks, with all participants passing the subsequent assessment. In accordance with the Guidelines for the Prevention of Heat Hazards from High Temperature Operations, health assessment surveys were distributed. From the high-risk group, 112 individuals were identified for consultation, and follow-up appointments with doctors were also arranged to assess their fitness for duty in outdoor heat-hazard environments, thereby mitigating the risk of heat-related injuries due to underlying health factors. |
